Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Associate – Veeva RIM Consultant with 4– 7 years of experience in Veeva Vault RIM implementation, configuration, and support. The candidate will work closely with regulatory affairs teams to deliver digital transformation initiatives for global life sciences organizations.

Responsibilities

Configure and implement Veeva Vault RIM applications, including Registrations, Submissions, Submissions Archive, and Publishing.

Gather business requirements and prepare functional design documentation.

Conduct workshops with regulatory stakeholders to understand business processes.

Configure workflows, objects, security, document lifecycles, and metadata.

Support system testing, validation, deployment, and post-production activities.

Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data migration.

Prepare functional specifications, SOPs, user guides, and training documentation.

Support release management and application enhancements.

Ensure compliance with GxP , FDA, EMA, and global regulatory standards.

Participate in production support and issue resolution.

Required Skills

4–6 years of IT/Consulting experience in the Life Sciences domain.

Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Veeva Vault RIM.

Good understanding of Regulatory Affairs processes and submission management.

Experience in Veeva Vault configuration, workflows, security, and document management.

Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodology , and validation processes.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working with global regulatory teams is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering , Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field .

Veeva Vault RIM certification is preferred.

Exposure to integrations, REST APIs, and data migration is an added advantage.
