Join our team as we help shape the future. **Key Responsibilities** **:** + Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant software systems and modern architecture patterns, with a strong emphasis on AWS cloud-native solutions. + Mentor and guide junior software engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and technical excellence. + Troubleshoot complex issues across software and infrastructure layers, ensuring high availability and performance. + Automate disaster recovery, high availability, and fault tolerance strategies using infrastructure-as-code and cloud-native tooling. + Present innovative ideas to leadership and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate team capabilities. + Lead the standardization and implementation of reusable architecture and deployment patterns for AWS-hosted applications. + Engineer applications with best practices for fault tolerance, data replication, and multi-region support. + Evaluate technology trade-offs and make informed decisions to maximize customer value and delivery efficiency. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives and empower teams to implement innovative solutions. + Take ownership of solving customer problems through effective use of modern technologies and engineering practices. + Identifyand lead the integration of Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI capabilities into enterprise applications to enhance automation, personalization, and decision-making. **Required Skills & Experience** **:** + Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.? + 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in leading a team + Strong technical background withexpertisein software development, architecture, and design.? + Strong understanding of Object-Oriented design, Java or .NET frameworks, front-end technologies Angular/React, and cloud platforms (preferably AWS/GCP). + Must havestrongexperience asDesigner/Developer of REST/SOAP API services, both as consumer & provider. + DevOps Knowledge: Experience with continuous integration and DevOps tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Rally, SonarQube). + 2+ years of Hands-on working experience with Scaled Agile methodologies and practices.? + Proventrack recordof delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget.? + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.? + Knowledge of the employee benefits domain and claimant experience is a plus.? **Preferred** **Qualifications:** + Experience with cloud technologies andmicroservicesarchitecture.? + Familiarity with modern front-end and back-end development frameworks and tools.? + Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.? + Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.? + Leadinnovativeefforts,leveragingmodern technologies to solve customer problems.
