The Role

We’re hiring detail-oriented, digital-savvy Talent Coordinators to join Linqia’s growing Creator Team. This role supports the execution of creator campaigns by managing creator sourcing, creator outreach, and initial negotiations.

Populate internal workbooks and platforms (e.g., Resonate) with qualified talent

Analyze gaps in creator tiering, vertical, and audience to optimize sourcing

Support supplemental sourcing efforts as needed throughout the campaign cycle

Campaign Setup & Coordination

Set up campaign infrastructure, including Resonate campaigns, creator surveys, email templates, and workbooks

Track and manage outreach status and documentation in real time

Coordinate internal handoffs and sourcing trackers with Talent Partners for feedback

Escalate complex negotiations or high-priority creator conversations to the Talent Partner

Support internal gut check reviews by preparing complete talent lists and sourcing context

Vetting & Moderation

Conduct initial pre-vetting of creators (brand safety flags, alignment checks)

Document rationale for vetting decisions and apply appropriate risk tags

Qualifications

0–2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent sourcing, digital media, or a related field or demonstrated interest and knowledge of the creator landscape

Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends (especially TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube), including how creators show up authentically on their feeds

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly flag risks, push back when needed, and escalate challenges early

Strong prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex criteria and brand guidelines

Reliable internet connection and availability to work PST-aligned hours
