WE ARE HIRING:

Influencer Marketing Manager (HUB)

Requirements

4+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Marketing, PR, Digital Marketing, or Brand Communications.

Proven experience developing and executing Influencer Marketing strategies and campaigns from beginning to end.

Experience managing large-scale Influencer Marketing budgets, ideally exceeding $8M MXN annually.

Strong knowledge of the influencer, creator, talent management, and agency ecosystem in Mexico.

Experience selecting talent based on brand affinity, audience, engagement, content quality, relevance, performance, and brand safety.

Strong experience developing creative briefs, content guidelines, storytelling, campaign formats, and creator deliverables.

Proven ability to negotiate fees, deliverables, timelines, exclusivity, usage rights, whitelisting permissions, cancellations, and commercial terms.

Experience developing and managing UGC programs, including creator sourcing, contracting models, usage rights, production processes, content approvals, and delivery.

Experience managing relationships with Influencers, Creators, KOLs, Celebrities, Talent Managers, and Management Agencies.

Experience developing creator-led events, experiences, product launches, seedings, and brand activations.

Strong analytical background and experience measuring and optimizing campaigns based on creator, content, format, and platform performance.

Knowledge of metrics such as reach, impressions, views, engagement rate, CPE, CPV, EMV, conversions, ROI, and brand sentiment.

Experience leading teams and maintaining direct communication with clients.

Advanced English (mandatory).

Activities

Develop and lead Influencer Marketing strategies aligned with client, brand, and business objectives.

Define campaign objectives, audiences, platforms, creator profiles, content territories, formats, deliverables, and KPIs.

Lead the scouting, evaluation, and selection of Influencers, Creators, KOLs, Celebrities, and UGC creators.

Manage negotiations with talent and management agencies, including fees, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity, timelines, and contractual conditions.

Develop creative and strategic briefs that clearly communicate the campaign concept, brand guidelines, key messages, deliverables, formats, and mandatory requirements.

Lead campaigns from beginning to end, including planning, contracting, briefing, content development, approvals, publication, monitoring, and reporting.

Develop and oversee UGC programs, defining creator volume, content formats, production workflows, usage rights, timelines, and quality standards.

Review and approve creator content, ensuring brand alignment, authenticity, platform relevance, and compliance with campaign guidelines.

Manage large-scale budgets and reallocate investment according to the performance of each creator, content format, platform, and campaign objective.

Analyze campaign results to determine when to increase, maintain, modify, or stop investment in specific talents, formats, or content.

Develop performance reports and translate results into strategic and actionable recommendations.

Maintain relationships with influencers, managers, agencies, and key partners within the Mexican creator ecosystem.

Maintain direct client communication through strategic presentations, budget reviews, campaign updates, results, recommendations, and timelines.

Lead and coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure quality, profitability, timely delivery, and campaign performance.
