Informatica IICS Platform Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Informatica IICS Platform Administrator to manage and support the Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services platform. The role requires strong experience in IICS administration, Secure Agent management, user access, platform monitoring, and cloud data integration support.

Responsibilities

Administer and support Informatica IICS platform environments.

Manage Secure Agents, user roles, permissions, and access controls.

Monitor platform performance, job execution, and integration workflows.

Support CDI, CAI, and cloud integration services.

Troubleshoot platform, connectivity, agent, and job failure issues.

Coordinate upgrades, patches, and environment maintenance activities.

Technical requirements

Strong hands-on experience in Informatica IICS administration.

Knowledge of Secure Agent installation, configuration, and monitoring.

Experience in user access management and platform support.

Good understanding of cloud data integration and ETL concepts.

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to Informatica PowerCenter, IDQ, or MDM.

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Experience in automation and platform monitoring.
