Injection Mold Setter - 1st Shift

Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist Technicians with m old changeovers , determining part defect , root cause and implementing appropriate corrective action .

Set - up and operate molding machinery and support equipment.

Material handling duties for Molding area; delivering raw material, removing finished goods and recording material movement in ERP system.

Assist with scheduled preventative maintenance functions.

Work closely with setup technicians and operators to ensure proper operation of equipment.

Compliant with OSHA regulations.

Ensure good housekeeping.

Knowledge of Environmental Health & Safety

Good Manufacturing Practices

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year manufacturing experienc e .

Must possess good communication /interpretation skills, good visual skills for accessing functionality of equipment, above basic mathematical skills, above minimum computer skill set, and reasoning ability .

Must possess mechanical aptitude and ability to adapt and learn .

Physical Requirements

Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Must be able to stand for full manufacturing shift, ability to reach with arms extended and/or overhead, excellent hand dexterity, ability to bend, stoop, stretch and similar activities

Ability to accommodate occasional flexible schedule when required .

Must be able to safely operate required equipment for performing job functions .

Compensation Information:

Pay Transparency

This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this role. Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, market level, other job-related factors, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. As applicable this role will also receive overtime compensation and may be eligible for shift premium compensation.

Pay Range:  $21-$27

Vacation - up to 80 hours of time within first year

Sick - up to 40 hours of time within first year

Floating Holiday - up to 8 hours of time within first year

Holiday - 10 paid holidays per year, these holidays are selected by the Division
