Who we're looking for

We are looking for an experienced Injection Molding Technician to support the safe and efficient operation of our injection molding processes. This is a hands-on role focused on machine set-up, mold changes, process troubleshooting and maintaining high standards of quality, safety and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Set up injection molding machines, molds, robots and auxiliary equipment.

Perform mold, material and color changeovers.

Monitor and optimize process performance, quality and cycle times.

Troubleshoot molding defects and support production issue resolution.

Carry out routine equipment checks and basic preventative maintenance.

Support process trials, sampling and continuous improvement activities.

Maintain accurate production and process records.

Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Tooling teams.

Follow all safety, quality and environmental procedures.

What We're Looking For

Experience in an injection molding manufacturing environment.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of molding machines, molds, robots and auxiliary equipment.

Good understanding of quality standards and process control.

Team player with a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement.
