• This role is responsible for investigating and resolving basic to moderately complex auto insurance claims in a fully remote environment.
• You will evaluate coverage, liability, and damages while ensuring claims are handled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable requirements.
• The position involves direct interaction with claimants, insureds, witnesses, and other parties throughout the claims process.
• You will combine investigative skills, sound judgment, negotiation, and customer service to reach appropriate claim resolutions.
• The role requires strong organization and attention to detail while managing multiple claims and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
