Turn Existing Opportunities Into Revenue

Seatown is looking for a high-performing Inside Sales Representative who knows how to close .

This is not a traditional customer service position, and this is not a cold-calling role.

Our technicians and sales professionals are already in customers' homes every day providing plumbing, HVAC, and electrical solutions. Many customers receive estimates but do not make a decision during the initial visit.

Your job is to call behind those opportunities, uncover what prevented the customer from moving forward, overcome objections, and close the sale.

We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, competitive, persistent, professional, and motivated by results.

If you have a proven ability to follow up on unsold estimates and turn opportunities into booked revenue, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will own the follow-up process for unsold opportunities across our business.

You will:

Follow up aggressively and professionally on unsold plumbing, HVAC, and electrical estimates.

Contact customers by phone, text, and email using a structured follow-up process.

Identify the real reason the customer did not move forward.

Overcome objections related to price, timing, financing, competition, and uncertainty.

Re-establish value and help customers understand their options.

Present approved financing options, promotions, and solutions when appropriate.

Negotiate within company-approved guidelines to close opportunities.

Ask for the sale and confidently move customers toward a decision.

Recover opportunities that would otherwise be lost.

Rehash older estimates and previously deferred work.

Maintain a strong pipeline of open opportunities and follow each one until there is a clear outcome.

Schedule sold work and coordinate with Operations and Dispatch.

Maintain accurate notes, next steps, and follow-up activity in ServiceTitan.

Partner with technicians, Comfort Advisors, managers, and operations leadership to maximize every opportunity.

Track individual closing percentage, sold revenue, average ticket, and follow-up performance.

This Is a Sales Position

We are specifically looking for someone who enjoys the challenge of closing.

The right person:

Is comfortable asking directly for the business.

Does not give up after one follow-up attempt.

Knows how to uncover and overcome objections.

Can build trust quickly over the phone.

Understands that "I need to think about it" is the beginning of a conversation, not the end.

Can sell value instead of immediately discounting price.

Is comfortable discussing large-ticket purchases and financing.

Works a pipeline with urgency and discipline.

Is motivated by goals, rankings, commissions, and winning.

Takes personal ownership of their sales results.

What We're Looking For

Sales experience matters more to us than industry experience.

Ideal candidates will have:

Proven inside sales, phone sales, rehash, retention, or closing experience.

A documented history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.

Experience selling high-ticket products or services.

Excellent phone presence and communication skills.

Confidence discussing pricing and financing.

Strong follow-up habits and pipeline management skills.

The ability to work multiple opportunities simultaneously without losing follow-through.

Competitive and results-driven mentality.

Strong organizational and CRM skills.

Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, windows, solar, automotive, home improvement, remodeling, or other high-ticket consumer sales is highly desirable.

ServiceTitan experience is a plus but is not required.

How Success Is Measured

This position is measured by sales performance.

Primary KPIs include:

Unsold estimate closing percentage

Monthly sold revenue

Average ticket

Contact rate

This position includes a performance-driven compensation structure with significant opportunity for strong salespeople to increase their earnings based on results.

Top performers should expect to be rewarded for the revenue they produce.
