What You’ll Do
Make ~150 outbound calls per day to prospects and existing customers.
Set meetings for our outside sales team and help move deals forward.
Reconnect with past clients for service check-ins and renewal opportunities.
Maintain detailed documentation within CRM, managing various sales opportunities and tracking customer interactions.
Collaborate with outside sales and operations to ensure a great customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and phone skills: confident, clear, and personable.
Organized and goal-driven with a positive attitude.
Comfortable in a high-volume outbound environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Bonus: Background in technical, industrial, or B2B sales.
