• This role supports Account Managers in delivering a smooth and responsive customer experience throughout the sales and order fulfillment process.
• You will help manage day-to-day transactions, resolve customer issues, and ensure orders are handled accurately and efficiently.
• The position plays an important role in strengthening customer relationships while giving Account Managers more capacity to focus on business growth.
• You will proactively monitor open orders, follow up on service issues, and help prevent problems before they affect customers.
• The role combines customer service, sales support, order coordination, and frequent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Success requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, and a genuine commitment to helping customers and colleagues.
