What Is The Role of an Installations Coordinator?

The role will be responsible for the ATMs installation procedure. The Installations Coordinator is then responsible for ensuring the installations are delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality of the civil works with the standard within the agreed specification.

What Will I Be Doing as an Installations Coordinator?

• •Developing, maintaining and control a detailed Installations plan.
• •Management of civil works and activity licenses with the different municipalities.
• •Develop, manage and maintain an effective suppliers and customer relationships.
• •Managing day by day installations activities, including reporting to the board, in line with the Installations plan.
• •Managing new installations projects in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• •Recording and managing installations issues and escalating when necessary.
• •Identifying and recording installations risks and taking action to prevent the risks you can avoid and minimize the ones that you cannot.
• •Collaborate and coordinate with different stakeholders both in Cardtronics Spain and globally to meet operations objectives.
• •Working closely with all users to ensure the installations meets business needs.

What Would I Need to Succeed in the Installations Coordinator role?

• •Experience in project management with municipalities (civil works licensing, etc.) is a plus.
• •Experience or degree in Business / Engineering, Architects and Technical Architects will also be considered.
• •Experience in suppliers management and managing SLA’s.
• •Ability to make decisions in a short time  Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing major projects or initiatives.
• •Residing in the province of Barcelona, hybrid work model can be discussed with the successful candidate.
• •Strong IT skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
• •Previous experience from one of the following background is a plus: Retail Banking.
• •Fluency in Spanish & English is a plus.
• •Availability to travel often in Spain and eventually abroad.
• •Excellent communication and ‘ people skills ’ with collaborative work style.
