Installation & Service Engineer

• Location: Hanoi city or Bacninh province , Vietnam
• Department: Engineering / Technical Services
• Reports To: Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• •Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for production lines at customer facilities.
• •Address and resolve general equipment issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• •Prepare and submit technical reports detailing line conditions and issues encountered.
• •Communicate with customers regarding line status following any downtime events.
• •Collaborate with global teams for technical updates and continuous improvement initiatives .
• •Manage and provide information on spare parts to customers as needed.
• •Support new equipment installations as assigned by the manager.
• •Perform other duties as required, aligned with the scope of the role.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• •Degree or diploma in Electrical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering .
• •Minimum 2 years of experience in production line maintenance or a similar technical role.
• •Proficient in English communication , both written and verbal.
• •Willingness and ability to travel internationally for technical exchanges and support.
• •Familiarity with computer applications and technical documentation.
• •Understanding of electrical networks and industrial control systems .
• •Awareness of workplace safety standards and practices.
• •Demonstrated initiative , commitment , and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
