As an Instrumentation Manager, you'll play a vital role in keeping our manufacturing operations running safely, efficiently and reliably. You'll lead the delivery of world-class instrumentation and automation practices that improve equipment performance, reduce downtime and support the production of products trusted by millions of consumers. Working closely with engineering, production and quality teams, you'll help shape the future of our manufacturing capability through innovation, automation and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

• •Drive equipment reliability and instrumentation performance to ensure manufacturing operations consistently meet production and quality targets.
• •Lead maintenance and automation programmes that improve equipment availability, process efficiency and operational resilience.
• •Build and develop a high-performing technical team, creating opportunities for growth, knowledge sharing and capability building.
• •Champion safe working practices and ensure instrumentation activities support the highest standards of health, safety, environmental and quality compliance.
• •Identify and deliver continuous improvement initiatives that enhance automation, reduce waste, improve energy efficiency and optimise operational performance.
• •Partner with stakeholders across engineering, production and support functions to solve complex technical challenges and deliver sustainable business results.

What You’ll Bring

• •An HND or Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering or a related discipline.
• •Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience with automation systems, instrumentation technologies and world-class maintenance practices.
• •Experience leading instrumentation teams and supporting manufacturing operations within a fast-paced industrial environment.
• •Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, Servo and industrial communication systems, including Profibus, Modbus and IP-based protocols.
• •The ability to manage technical projects, drive cost-saving initiatives and deliver continuous improvement programmes.
• •Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PLC software and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and P&I diagrams.
