About The Role

• We are looking for a highly driven Business Development & Strategy professional to lead strategic insurance initiatives across Trendyol’s fintech and financial services ecosystem. The role will be responsible for identifying, designing and executing new insurance business opportunities, from strategy and business case development through partner management, product launch and commercial scaling.
• The role will work closely with internal business, product, technology, legal and finance teams, as well as insurance companies, fintechs and other strategic partners, to build innovative insurance propositions and embedded insurance models across the ecosystem.
• The ideal candidate combines strong insurance and fintech knowledge with a commercial and entrepreneurial mindset, proven experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, and the ability to translate market opportunities into scalable and profitable businesses.
