As a Senior Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Analyst, you will develop and publish Micron’s operations plans, balancing business priorities, supply constraints, and strategic objectives. In this highly collaborative role, you will influence planning decisions, evaluate business scenarios, and drive process and technology improvements that enhance planning effectiveness and efficiency across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• •Publish and maintain 3-year manufacturing, shipment, sellable supply, and inventory plans
• •Analyze and resolve planning gaps related to inventory targets, manufacturing capability, roadmap alignment, and market demand
• •Lead planning reviews and communicate supply, revenue, margin, and operational impacts of plan changes to stakeholders and leadership
• •Partner with Operations, Finance, Business Units, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to evaluate scenarios and optimize planning strategies
• •Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process, system, master data, and AI-enabled planning enhancements

Minimum Qualifications:

• •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• •3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, business planning, operations planning, or a related function
• •Knowledge of supply chain concepts, planning systems, and manufacturing planning strategies
• •Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to drive consensus across stakeholders
• •Ability to prioritize competing objectives and perform effectively in a fast-paced, global team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• •Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master’s degree in Finance, or a related advanced degree
• •Experience collaborating with Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Business Unit stakeholders
• •Experience performing scenario modeling, long-range business planning, and financial impact analysis
• •Demonstrated ability to collect business requirements, analyze complex data, and provide actionable recommendations
• •Experience using AI tools to improve planning processes, decision-making, and operational efficiency
