Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, demand generation, or campaign/program management within the technology sector.

Strong knowledge of Gen AI use case adoption in marketing (e.g., Claude) and experienced with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense).

Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).

Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, international, matrixed environment.

Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
