Position: Senior Project Manager

• Location: Mumbai

• Industry: Building Management Systems (BMS), Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS), Security & ELV Systems

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the execution and delivery of large-scale BMS, IBMS, and Security Systems projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, installation, testing, commissioning, stakeholder management, and project closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• •Manage complete project lifecycle from project kick-off to final handover.
• •Lead execution of BMS/IBMS projects across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and infrastructure sectors.
• •Manage installation, testing, commissioning, and integration of: Building Management Systems (BMS) Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) CCTV Surveillance Systems Access Control Systems (ACS) Fire Alarm Systems Other ELV/Security Systems
• •Develop project schedules, resource plans, and project budgets.
• •Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• •Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• •Conduct risk assessment and implement mitigation plans.
• •Lead site teams and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• •Manage project documentation, MIS reports, change orders, and project financials.
• •Drive customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
• •Support commercial closures, project billing, and collections.

Required Qualifications

• •Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• •PMP/PRINCE2 certification will be an added advantage.

Required Experience

• •10-15+ years of experience in project execution and project management.
• •Strong experience in BMS/IBMS projects .
• •Hands-on experience in CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), ELV, Security Systems , installation, testing, and commissioning.
• •Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• •Exposure to commercial buildings, data centers, healthcare, hospitality, and industrial projects.
