Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist in building, testing, and supporting of data pipelines on CapitaLand’s Enterprise Data Platform (EDP)

Support data processing tasks for various business use cases across the organization

Assist in preparing and organizing datasets to support internal and business stakeholders

Help with documentation, data quality checks, and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Must-have Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other related disciplines

Strong understanding of Python or Java, with hands-on experience applying object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts through academic or internships projects

Willingness to learn and explore new tools and technologies related to data engineering and analytics infrastructure

Good communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude

Good-to-have Requirements

Familiarity with SQL (e.g. Spark SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL)

Exposure to cloud-based data engineering platforms and big data tools, such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Spark, or Hive (a plus, but not required)
