Contract Management Intern

You will assist in the lifecycle management of service contracts, participate in risk modeling, and help ensure our customers receive world-class service.

Key Responsibilities

• •Contractual Data Management: Manage pre- and post-contractual documentation and ensure data integrity in project tracking systems.
• •Performance Analytics: Update and maintain project performance dashboards; support the team in risk modeling through data validation.
• •Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a bridge between Field Service and Logistics to track request resolution and identify process bottlenecks.
• •Tender Support: Assist in data-driven cost estimating and participate in project review sessions to streamline internal workflows.

Required Qualifications & Profile

• •Academic Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Data Science, or Finance/Business Analytics.
• •Expected graduation date must be December 2027 or 2028.
• •Software Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic data modeling). Familiarity with ERP systems or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a significant advantage.
• •Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to translate raw data into actionable insights.
• •Language Skills: Proficient in English (oral and written); Portuguese is highly desirable given our regional project scope.
• •Communication: Highly structured communicator, capable of managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
