EquipmentShare is searching for student interns to join the team at our Home Office in Columbia, MO for the Summer of 2027.

Primary Responsibilities

Assist with special projects related to Procure to Pay including:

Establishing Looker Dashboards that drive KPI measurement and process improvements

Documenting and testing SOPs, including the management of the repository

Assist with a project aimed at optimizing the AP monthly reversing accrual entry for unprocessed invoices.

About You

You will be expected to work within the hours of Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

What You're Working With:

Must be actively working towards a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field

Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher

Excellent communication skills

Have a strong desire to take on new challenges with a positive attitude

Knowledge of AP and accounting principles. Knowledge of Treasury/Finance as well. Knowledge of programming languages (SQL, Python) are preferred but not required.
