Job Title: Intern – Real Estate Advisory (Strategic Advisory)

Location: [Mumbai / Ahmedabad]

Business Line: Strategic Advisory

Duration: 3–6 months

Key Responsibilities

Support execution of feasibility studies, highest & best use analysis, and development advisory mandates

Conduct primary and secondary market research covering demand-supply, pricing, absorption, and competitive benchmarking

Contribute to client deliverables, including reports, presentations, and strategy notes

Undertake location analysis and site assessments across asset classes (residential, office, retail, mixed-use, alternative assets)

Analyze macroeconomic, regulatory, and policy trends impacting real estate markets

Coordinate with internal teams (research, transactions) to ensure data accuracy and consistency

Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with structured thinking

Working knowledge of financial analysis and valuation techniques

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to synthesize large datasets into clear insights and recommendations

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced, client-driven environment.

Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or related disciplines
