Internal Communications & Engagement Advisor – 12-month FTC

This role is offered on a full in-studio basis or a hybrid basis (minimum 3 days per week in the studio). We can provide a comprehensive relocation support package as part of any offer, should you need to relocate.

WHAT’S THE ROLE?

We're looking for an Internal Communications & Engagement Advisor to join Frontier's Studio Communications & Engagement team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

As part of Frontier’s People Team, you'll deliver internal communications, engagement activity and employee events. You’ll work with teams across the studio to create informative and engaging content for a range of channels. You'll use feedback and insight to identify opportunities for improvement and be comfortable working across a variety of digital platforms and business systems.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in internal communications or employee engagement who is looking to take ownership of defined projects and continue developing their skills. We'll also consider candidates from related fields, such as marketing, PR or events, who can demonstrate relevant transferable experience.
