VML Luxembourg

VML Luxembourg is one of the leading Amazon consulting agencies in Europe. Offering 360° services for Amazon, we have a diverse range of products and services in various sectors to ensure long-term sales growth, ranging from creating multilingual content and listings to all aspects of advertising, including sales promotion, PPC and programmatic campaigns. We are part of WPP, the world’s largest digital media agency, and manage WPP’s European Center of Excellence for Amazon (ACE) dedicated to maximising performance, driving sales and building brands on the Amazon platform.

The opportunity:

We're seeking an Internal controller to replace a maternity leave for a duration of one year and join a finance team of five members.

What you’ll be doing:

In charge of the monthly bookkeeping for FLASH and ACTUALS closing (Fixed assets and amortization, accruals, prepayments, bank, Fx revaluations…)

In charge of Media revenue: Pacvue and DSP (commission clients) for FLASH and ACTUALS closing

In charge of review periodical VATRs (Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Italy, Spain…) and annual VATRs (Luxembourg and Germany)

Bookkeeping of different bank accounts (EUR, GBP and USD) + supervision of payments preparation

In charge of supervision and coordination of SOX obligations and controls

Preparation and filing of Financial Statements

In charge of internal reports related to financial KPI (monthly basis)

What we want from you:

A Bachelor or Master degree in Finance

+5 years experience in accounting and preferable LuxGaap

Language: English – French or German will be a plus
