Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated Associate Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in web development and a passion for building responsive, user-friendly applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of MEAN/MERN stack , good understanding of PSD to HTML conversion , and strong academic credentials.

The candidate should also have an AI-first mindset , with an interest in exploring and adopting AI tools to improve development productivity, code quality, debugging, testing, and overall engineering efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• •Convert PSD/UI designs into responsive, pixel-perfect HTML/CSS interfaces.
• •Develop and maintain web applications using MEAN or MERN stack .
• •Work with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and responsive design.
• •Develop and integrate backend APIs and database functionality.
• •Write clean, reusable and maintainable code.
• •Collaborate with designers, developers and other team members to deliver projects.
• •Troubleshoot and resolve development issues.
• •Follow coding standards and best practices.
• •Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and development practices.

Required Skills

• •Good knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript .
• •Hands-on exposure to PSD to HTML conversion .
• •Knowledge of either MEAN Stack or MERN Stack .
• •Understanding of frontend and backend development concepts.
• •Basic knowledge of REST APIs and databases .
• •Good problem-solving and logical reasoning skills.
• •Strong verbal and written communication skills .
• •AI-first mindset and willingness to adopt AI tools in day-to-day development.
• •Basic awareness of AI-assisted coding tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude , or similar tools.
• •Ability to use AI tools responsibly while understanding, reviewing and validating AI-generated code and outputs.
• •Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Educational Qualification

• •B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
• •Minimum 80% academic score throughout academics is preferred/required.
• •Strong academic background with good technical fundamentals.
