About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Website QA & Testing Executive to ensure the quality, functionality, and user experience of our websites and landing pages. The role involves testing website updates, forms, user journeys, SEO elements, and tracking implementations across multiple digital properties.

Key Responsibilities

• •Test website pages, forms, CTAs, and user journeys before and after deployment.
• •Validate mobile responsiveness across devices and browsers.
• •Identify, document, and report UI/UX and functionality issues.
• •Verify form submissions, CRM integrations, email notifications, and conversion tracking.
• •Perform SEO QA checks including metadata, internal links, redirects, and broken links.
• •Review content updates for formatting, consistency, and accuracy.
• •Validate Google Analytics, GTM events, and lead tracking implementation.
• •Maintain QA reports and coordinate issue resolution with content, SEO, design, and development teams.

Required Skills

• •1–3 years of experience in Website QA, Software Testing, or Digital QA.
• •Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• •Experience testing websites on desktop and mobile devices.
• •Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and GTM.
• •Familiarity with WordPress or CMS platforms.
• •Ability to create clear bug reports and test documentation.

Preferred Skills

• •Experience with BrowserStack, Screaming Frog, Jira, ClickUp, or similar tools.
• •Understanding of CRO and lead generation funnels.
• •Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
