International Outreach & Development Coordinator (m/f/d)

International Outreach & Development Coordinator (m/f/d)

(Full-time; 40hrs/week, limited; 12 months)

Your Responsibilities:

Support the coordination and administration of international education programs, including the Bolashak Program (participant support, onboarding, accommodation, logistics, events, and day-to-day communication).

Support the planning and delivery of teacher professional development programs, including participant coordination, communication, webinars, and program administration.

Assist in organizing visits of international delegations, institutional partners, and official guests, including logistical and administrative support.

Conduct research on universities, educational institutions, and international partnership opportunities to support the Office’s outreach activities.

Prepare reports, presentations, official correspondence, and other administrative documentation related to international projects.

Provide general project management and administrative support for the International Outreach & Development Office and undertake additional duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications:

Ideally a Bachelor's degree and relevant additional experience in working in a university

Proven experience in an academic environment, preferably with program coordination or project management responsibilities

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with interns, team members, assistants, faculty, and external partners

Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking

Cultural sensitivity and adaptability, essential for working in a diverse, international setting

Flexibility of thinking and ability to deal with dynamic environments

English and German language skills are advantageous
