Internship – Digital Verification & Generative AI Support (m/f/d)

We are looking for a student in the greater area of Graz who would like to support our Digital Design team part-time, next to their studies.

Your Responsibilities:

Support digital verification activities using advanced Generative AI technologies and methodologies.

Develop and optimize AI-assisted workflows for verification.

Create prompts, automation scripts, and AI-based solutions to improve productivity and accuracy.

Analyze verification data and generate insights using AI-supported techniques.

Assist in creating dashboards, reports, and documentation for verification activities.

Your Profile:

Ongoing studies in Electrical Engineering, Information and Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science or similar

Experience with AI frameworks, APIs, or automation tools.

Analytical and problem-solving skills, willing to learn and ready to take on problems

Knowledge of programming languages such as SystemVerilog or Python is beneficial

Solid English skills (speaking and writing)

Team player and eager to develop best in class products

Availability around 8-20 hours/week, duration over 6 months

Please note: The successful candidate may/will be responsible for security related tasks. The assignment may/will be in scope of security certifications, therefore a conscious and reliable way of working is necessary.

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2.800,- gross/month for full-time equivalent at NXP Austria.
