Inventory Shift Team leader (FLC)

• 1. Mengelola Akurasi Inventory
• 2. Mengatur Operasional Tim Inventory
• 3. Melakukan Investigasi Selisih Stok
• 4. Pelaporan dan Analisis
• 5. Pengelolaan Lokasi Penyimpanan
• 6. Kepatuhan terhadap SOP dan Safety

1. Memastikan akurasi stok fisik dan stok sistem (WMS/SAP). Melakukan monitoring stock discrepancy dan tindak lanjut penyelesaiannya. Mengawasi aktivitas cycle count dan stock opname.

2. Membagi pekerjaan dan mengarahkan aktivitas harian tim inventory. Memastikan semua tugas inventory selesai sesuai target dan SLA. Memonitor produktivitas serta kedisiplinan anggota tim.

3. Menganalisa penyebab discrepancy inventory. Melakukan root cause analysis (RCA) terhadap selisih stok, short pick, overstock, dan missing inventory. Menyusun dan menjalankan action plan perbaikan.

4. Menyiapkan laporan inventory per jam dan akhir shift,

5. Memastikan lokasi penyimpanan sesuai mapping sistem. Mengontrol proses bin transfer dan stock relocation. Memastikan housekeeping area inventory tetap terjaga.

6. Memastikan seluruh aktivitas inventory sesuai SOP perusahaan. Menjalankan standar K3 (Safety) dan keamanan gudang. Memberikan briefing kepada anggota tim terkait prosedur kerja.
