Blue Nile is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team. The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for fulfilling orders, stocking inventory, aiding in audit counts and ensuring accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• •Process E-Commerce Orders - Pull, invoice, & package jewelry
• •Fulfill Internal Inventory Requests - Pull & transfer jewelry to different departments
• •Labeling - Print RFID tags for new jewelry
• •Returns - Process return, orders and tag items
• •Stocking - Scan items into their designated bins
• •Scan items into Excel spreadsheet for data analysis and tracking
• •Learn basic jewelry and diamond knowledge to better understand our inventory

Requirements

• •Self-starter attitude and ability to exercise judgment and solve difficult problems
• •Strong communication skills and attention to detail; accuracy is a must!
• •Positive attitude with ability to accept constructive feedback
• •A desire to meet and exceed performance and service expectations
• •Strong understanding of teamwork and ability to pivot between tasks as needed
• •1+ years of relevant experience
• •Basic computer skills
• •Experience working with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook Word, etc) Requirements:
• •High School Degree, GED or equivalent certification is required
• •Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day

Annual base pay: $17.50-$18.50. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
