Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Inventory Team Leader to join our Warehouse Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing physical cycle counts, optimizing warehouse stock levels, reconciling Warehouse Management System data, and supervising daily inventory team operations.

You will work closely with warehouse staff and management to maintain inventory accuracy, streamline handling processes, and foster a safe, compliant work environment.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

• •Perform cycle counts, reconcile database records with physical stock, optimize inventory levels to mitigate dead stock, and prepare stock turnover and obsolescence reports.
• •Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize storage layouts, improve material handling processes, implement First-In, First-Out protocols, and align daily shift tasks.
• •Ensure compliance with organizational safety standards, inventory protocols, write-off minimization strategies, and company regulations.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• •3 years of experience in logistics or distribution, along with 2 to 3 years of forklift operation experience.
• •Strong knowledge of general warehouse protocols, First-In, First-Out procedures, inventory optimization, and Warehouse Management Systems.
• •Proven ability in accurate data entry, problem-solving, task prioritization under minimal supervision, and team leadership.
• •High school diploma in logistics or a related field.
