Job Description:

The primary role of a full-time analyst is to provide analytical and research support services during specific transactions and marketing projects.

Day-to-day responsibilities include development of marketing materials, industry research, prospect identification, financial modelling, valuations, pitch work, and transaction execution assistance.

Analysts receive great deal of responsibility and have direct client exposure from day one. Alantra gives its analysts significant execution responsibilities and is committed to their long-term professional development.

Requirements:

• •Relevant work experience at a leading investment bank or M&A boutique
• •Strong academic background with demonstrated quantitative skills and well developed knowledge of financial terms and concepts
• •Skills in a Nordic language (native level), English (excellent writing and speaking skills) and a third European language is a plus
• •Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and standard business/financial databases
