Investment Banking Associate (F/M/X)

Responsibilities

• •Coordinate and support the origination and execution of M&A, Leveraged Finance and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions for clients across the Benelux.
• •Prepare and review detailed valuation analyses, including DCFs, trading comparables, precedent transactions and LBO analyses.
• •Support end-to-end transaction execution, including day-to-day project and process management, financial modelling, deal structuring, due diligence and transaction documentation, working with both public and private companies.
• •Actively communicate with clients, advisers and senior investment bankers, including participation in client meetings and origination and execution-related events.
• •Assist senior team members in the origination of new business, including identifying target opportunities and preparing presentation materials for clients, investors and the broader investment community.

Skills

Required

• •2–5 years of relevant full-time experience in Investment Banking or Corporate Finance.
• •Native Dutch and fluent English language skills.
• •M&A experience.

Preferred

• •Strong technical skillset across financial analysis, modelling and valuation.
• •Partnership-minded, with a strong drive for excellence, underpinned by robust analytical and interpersonal skills.
• •Ability to work independently, manage multiple workstreams and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
