Job Responsibilities:

The Investment Operations Intern will assist the team with all or some of the following:

• •Coordinate daily custodian reporting with third party reconciliation provider
• •Daily reconciliation of cash and assets to internal systems and custodians
• •Daily processing and monitoring of portfolio activity including Bank Loan rate resets, income and corporate actions processing
• •Preparation of daily fund reports sent to Credit finance teams
• •Preparation of various weekly and monthly reports
• •Time sensitive ad hoc responsibilities as various requests arise

Qualifications:

Detail-oriented, conscientious and energetic professional with ability to think creatively

• •Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work under deadlines
• •Ability to read and decipher complex legal documents
• •Strong problem-solving skills
• •Strong interpersonal skills with capacity to interact with outside parties and personnel across all levels of the firm
• •Dedicated team player with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through skills

Compensation:

Expected Hourly Rate of Pay $24.00 - $26.00

Actual hourly rate of pay will be determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to role, function, level, experience, qualifications and geographic location.
