About the Role

In this role, you will prepare and process loan documentation for the secured capital program. This position is currently remote-based with occasional, structured office time for initial training and future team meetings. You will join a dedicated team of professionals focused on ensuring seamless transaction paperwork and accurate documentation management.

This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who excels in client relations and thrives in a fast-paced financial environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and process loan documentation for our secured capital program, including accurately drafting mortgages, satisfactions, lien notes, and other necessary paperwork.

Double-check and verify documents, statements, and department spreadsheets, maintaining high standards for accuracy and excellence.

Record completed documentation accurately on county recording websites.

File documents securely within the company’s investor servicing cloud-based system.

Email copies of completed transaction paperwork to clients and brokers.

Support the company’s core operations as a real estate investment firm by facilitating processes that procure private loans for investors and collateralize those loans with our properties.

Competencies and Qualifications

Must-Have

Strong attention to detail with high standards for accuracy and thoroughness in document preparation.

Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Pro DC.

Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote environment.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records in a cloud-based storage system.

Must have a device running Windows 11 Pro.

Nice to Have

Prior experience with document preparation in a mortgage company, insurance company, legal firm, or financial institution.
