Invoicing Specialist

• This role manages the end-to-end invoicing process for completed field service work within the residential solar and energy services sector.
• You will ensure partner invoices are accurate, compliant with agreed pricing, and processed efficiently.
• The position combines invoice management, operational auditing, troubleshooting, and close collaboration with external service providers.
• You will investigate work order histories, validate scopes of work, identify discrepancies, and determine the appropriate party responsible for costs.
• Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and confidence working with vendors and internal accounting teams.
