Inżynier Procesu (Manufaturing Engineer)

Responsibilities:

• •Continuous optimization of production processes
• •Implementation of new and advanced production technologies
• •Preparation of documentation in accordance with APQP, PPAP, and IATF 16949 standards
• •Procurement of new production equipment
• •Increasing productivity and analyzing production performance
• •Continuous implementation of improvement initiatives
• •Conducting benchmarking analyses with other BorgWarner facilities

Candidate Profile:

• •Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• •Knowledge of mass production processes
• •Solid knowledge of problem-solving methodologies and tools
• •Strong organizational skills, including the ability to set priorities, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
• •Technical knowledge of the relevant product and manufacturing process
• •Knowledge of mechanical engineering is an asset
• •English proficiency enabling effective business communication
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• •Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
• •Experience in the automotive industry is preferred
