About the Role
The ISO Senior Consultant works to execute Information Security Consulting activities. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of all types of ISO 27001 assessment, certification readiness, compliance, and advisory engagements. As the ISO Senior Consultant, you will provide exceptional consulting and client service strategies to help support the continued growth of our fast-paced company. A-LIGN will depend on you as the ISO Senior Consultant to support management, client engagement execution, information security compliance initiatives, and related consulting responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Gather evidence on site and review
Provide draft reports to management, within defined timelines
Provide detailed project status reports weekly to management
Organize client information on A-LIGN’s drive
Plan and execute ISO 27001 engagements under the direction of a member of the management team
Communicate effectively to the client, prior to, during, and post on-site visit
Review manager’s planning meeting minutes, and prepare as appropriate for meetings
Prepare lead sheets throughout the project
Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, management information systems, computer science, or relevant discipline
EXPERIENCE
At least 3 years of experience performing information system audits or information security reviews specific to ISO
CERTIFICATIONS
Required to hold either the ISO 27001 LA or LI
Additional preferred certifications include CCSK, CISA, QSA, CISSP, or other relevant certification
SKILLS
Ability to meet deadlines with a high degree of motivation
Excellent communication skills
