Role Overview

We are looking for an IT Client Solutions Executive to manage client interactions from qualified lead to proposal closure and project handover .

This is a client-focused role and not a lead-generation position . The candidate will work with qualified leads provided by the company, understand client requirements, conduct discovery calls, coordinate with the technical team to identify suitable solutions, prepare proposals, manage client follow-ups, and support a smooth transition from pre-sales to delivery.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a client-first approach, strong coordination abilities, and the willingness to learn and understand new IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with qualified leads and manage initial client communication.

Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements, business processes, challenges, and expectations.

Gather and document client requirements accurately.

Understand GrowwStacks' services and identify suitable solutions based on client requirements.

Coordinate with developers and project managers to validate technical feasibility and solution approach.

Prepare and coordinate project proposals including scope, deliverables, timelines, and commercials.

Present and explain proposed solutions to clients in a clear and professional manner.

Handle client queries and coordinate internally to provide appropriate responses.

Conduct regular follow-ups with clients regarding proposals, feedback, revisions, and next steps.

Maintain professional relationships with clients throughout the pre-sales process.

Coordinate the handover from client discussions to the technical/delivery team with complete requirements and project details.

Stay involved after handover whenever required to ensure smooth communication between the client and internal teams.

Maintain proper records of requirements, proposals, client communication, and follow-ups.

Requirements

Graduate in a technical discipline such as B.Tech, B.E., MCA, M.Tech, or equivalent.

6 Months – 1 Year of relevant experience in IT client servicing, pre-sales, business analysis, solution consulting, project coordination, or IT services.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Confident in handling client calls and requirement discussions .

Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.

Basic understanding of IT services and willingness to learn automation, AI, RPA, and related technologies.

Good proposal preparation, follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills.

Ability to coordinate effectively with both clients and technical teams.

Proactive, organized, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a client-facing environment.

Candidates must be based in Indore .

Candidates with a 15–30 day notice period will be preferred.
