Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Solution Expert with 6-10 years of experience in

implementing, managing, and troubleshooting middleware platforms and enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and automation

of middleware environments, while serving as the escalation point for complex technical issues.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

● Responsible for implementing, configuring, managing and troubleshooting middleware

and applications within the scope.

● Single point of contact for the clients seeking technical expertise in the day-to-day

operations or application releases or for the major projects impacting the critical

applications.

● Troubleshoot and resolve complex middleware and application issues, ensuring minimal

downtime and optimal performance.

● Should strive to constantly improve the operational activities for faster delivery or

releases, better performance and stability for the applications within the scope.

● Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and

installation guides.

● Participate in incident, change, and problem management processes as per ITIL

standards.

● Collaborate with architects, developers, and infrastructure teams to support application

deployments and integrations.

● Automate middleware installation, configuration, and operational tasks.

● Vendor management and reporting activities.

● Ability to understand the global integration of applications

Technical requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● 6–10 years of hands-on experience in Middleware technologies (e.g., WebLogic,

WebSphere, JBoss, Apache Tomcat, etc.).

● Knowledge of standard product used by AL: QLIK, SAP BPC, Oracle Applications

● Knowledge in Windows, Linux operating systems.

● Solid understanding of application servers, integration platforms, and enterprise

application architecture.

● Experience in troubleshooting performance issues and conducting root cause analysis.

● Knowledge on scripting (e.g., Shell, Python, Ansible) for automation and configuration.

● Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Additional responsibilities

Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, CGP)
