As an IT Program Manager - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing project portfolios to drive strategic business outcomes. Within our Strategy practice, you will oversee project selection, prioritization, and resource allocation to facilitate successful project delivery. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality results even when the path forward isn’t clear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will coordinate various projects to validate successful delivery within budget and timeline. You will leverage strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. By using a broad range of tools and methodologies, you will generate new ideas and solve problems, while developing a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving. Responsibilities

• - Overseeing project selection, prioritization, and resource allocation to drive strategic business outcomes
• - Coordinating various projects to facilitate successful delivery within budget and timeline
• - Leveraging organizational and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively
• - Utilizing Agile Methodology and Scrum Project Management to enhance project delivery processes
• - Developing and maintaining project documentation and governance frameworks
• - Implementing change control processes to manage project risks and issues
• - Engaging with stakeholders to understand and address their needs and expectations
• - Applying analytical thinking and business process improvement techniques to optimize project outcomes
• - Collaborating with teams to integrate AI-Human Collaboration and digital tooling into project workflows
• - Managing project budgets and resources to align with strategic objectives

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 4 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required

• - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain
