IT Recruiter Intern

• •Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other hiring platforms.
• •Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• •Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• •Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• •Assist with job postings, candidate follow-ups, and offer coordination.
• •Learn end-to-end IT recruitment processes and talent acquisition.

Skills:

• •Good communication skills
• •Basic understanding of IT roles (preferred)
• •LinkedIn & job portal sourcing
• •MS Excel / Google Sheets
• •Willingness to learn recruitment

Eligibility:

• •MBA (HR) / BBA / Any Graduate
• •Freshers or students looking for an HR/Recruitment internship
• •Immediate joiners preferred
