IT Support Agent

Duties:

• •Provide technical support for on-site and remote users via ticketing systems, emails, phone calls, etc. in a timely manner.
• •Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers
• •Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• •Install, provision, upgrade, and repair workstations, laptops, and other IT devices and equipment.

• •Onboarding and offboarding users and accounts.
• •Testing new technology.
• •Ensures software license compliance.
• •Perform hardware and software upgrades as needed.
• •Helps coordinating the IT project implementation.
• •Creating and maintaining SOPs, policies, instructions, and knowledgebase.
• •Compiles and validates reports as requested.
• •Carries out other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• •You have experience working in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
• •Y ou have strong database skills and are detail oriented.
• •You have excellent knowledge and hands on experience of Microsoft Windows, Office, SQL, and Networking.
• •You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• •You can interact with a variety of individuals from different backgrounds and cultures.
• •You have excellent organizational, time management skills and ability to multi-task.
• •You can work independently with minimum supervision.
• •You have excellent judgment and can prioritize assignments.

The wage for this role will be between $24-25/hour.
