Salary: $32.53/hour

Job Duties:

• •R esponsible for the operations of the Support Center staff. The employee sets Support Center policies and procedures, and assigns, directs, and reviews the work of subordinates.
• •R eviews and evaluates requests for equipment and Support Services, performs product research and procurement, produces bid specifications, and performs bid submittal reviews.
• •The assigned projects to this employee may pertain to highly technical areas in which the constraints defining the nature of the system are initially vague or unknown
• •handles support tickets and provides assistance to the team when additional help, training and mentoring is needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• •Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• •Three years of related work experience that includes experience in supervising technical employees.
• •Must possess/maintain valid Missouri Driver's License and provide his/her own transportation.
• •Must submit to/pass pre-employment background and drug screen.
