• This role is an opportunity to join a global IT support function and provide hands-on technology assistance from the São Paulo office.
• You will help employees resolve technical issues while delivering a reliable, secure, and positive end-user experience.
• The position combines first-line support with selected second-line troubleshooting across hardware, operating systems, applications, and workplace technology.
• You will support both on-site and remote employees across multiple countries while working within defined service levels.
• The role also covers device lifecycle activities, onboarding and offboarding, IT asset management, and meeting room technology.
• You will collaborate with specialist teams when escalation is required and contribute to continuous improvements in IT service delivery.
• This is a primarily office-based role with opportunities for learning, technical certifications, and professional development within a global environment.
