IT Trainee (Job Code -2026-27/R/07)

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• •Diagnosing network problems.
• •Collecting IT usage stats.
• •Carrying out routine configuration & installation of IT solutions.
• •Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems.
• •Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
• •Installing and configuring new hardware and software.
• •Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc.
• •Answering technical queries and assisting users.
• •Responsibility for security.
• •Responsibility for documenting the configuration of the system.
• •Troubleshooting any reported problems.
• •System performance tuning.
• •Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running.

Desired profile of the candidate:

• •Having Knowledge of Desktop & Server OS, Applications, Email configuration & trouble shooting, Networking, Basic Active Directory, DNS Services
• •Good Communication Skills in case of email communication/ verbal communication.
• •Good problem-solving skills, organizations skills, time management.
• •Hands on experience of installing IT hardware & software.
• •Working knowledge of IT operating systems particularly windows & Microsoft Exchange.
• •Strong grasp of computer security
