Job Description

We are seeking a Italian-speaking Project Manager to lead and coordinate project activities, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and Italian-speaking stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• •Lead end-to-end project management activities from initiation to closure.
• •Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
• •Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation models.
• •Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking.
• •Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• •Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
• •Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• •Ensure quality standards and compliance with policies and procedures.
• •Provide regular project status updates, reports, and dashboards to senior leadership.
• •Facilitate meetings, workshops, and communication across teams.
• •Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools.

Experience & Qualification

• •Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• •Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Project Management.
• •Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• •Fluency in written and spoken Italian and English.
• •Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• •Proficiency in various MS office tools, including Excel and Powerpoint.
• •PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
