Java Fullstack Developer

Step into a hands-on engineering role where you’ll build and enhance modern web applications that power real business outcomes. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you’ll work across the stack—crafting intuitive user experiences on the front end and delivering reliable, scalable services on the back end. You’ll collaborate closely with product, QA, and fellow engineers to translate ideas into clean, maintainable solutions, while continuously improving performance, quality, and developer experience. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Full-stack Development

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java and Angular with clean, reusable, and testable code.

Build responsive UI components, integrate APIs, and ensure smooth user experiences across browsers and devices.

Develop and enhance backend services and REST APIs, ensuring correctness, performance, and security best practices.

Engineering Quality & Delivery

Write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and follow coding standards to maintain high-quality deliverables.

Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes and improvements.

Collaborate with QA and stakeholders to clarify requirements, estimate work, and deliver features on time.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvements in development workflows and practices.

Work effectively in an agile environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Additional responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering/Computer Science/IT (e.g., BE/BTech/MCA/MSc/MTech).

2–3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development using Java and Angular.

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and client-server architecture.

Working knowledge of writing unit tests and debugging across UI and backend layers.

Solid fundamentals in OOP, data structures, and basic SQL/database concepts.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience building UI features using React and integrating them with backend services.

Hands-on experience with Spring Boot for developing microservice-ready APIs and backend components.

Familiarity with state management patterns, reusable component design, and performance optimization on the frontend.

Exposure to CI/CD practices, code quality tools, and automated testing approaches.

Proven ability to collaborate across teams, communicate clearly, and take ownership from development through release support.

Good to have skills:

Hibernate/JPA, Microservices, Docker, Git, Jenkins
