• We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer, AI-First Development who is
• passionate about building modern, scalable software while leveraging Artificial Intelligence to
• dramatically improve engineering productivity.
• This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who embraces AI-first software development,
• automates repetitive engineering tasks, and takes end-to-end ownership of the services they
• build.

• The ideal candidate is an expert in Java, Python, Azure, Azure Databricks, Microservices, and modern SDLC practices, with proven experience delivering cloud-native enterprise applications. Beyond technical expertise, we are looking for an engineer who actively uses AI to accelerate software delivery, improve code quality, automate engineering workflows, and
• increase developer productivity.

• Collaboration
• •Work closely with architects, product owners, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• •Collaborate effectively with onsite and offshore engineering teams.
• •Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, sprint planning, and technical
• design sessions.
• •Mentor junior and mid-level engineers while promoting engineering excellence and AI
• adoption.

• Required Qualifications
• •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent
• practical experience.
• •7+ years of professional software development experience.
• •Strong expertise in Java and Python.
• •Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• •Strong experience with Azure Databricks, Apache Spark, and Delta Lake.
• •Proven experience designing and developing enterprise-grade microservices and REST
• APIs.
• •Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
• •Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• •Experience with Git, automated testing frameworks, and Agile software development.
• •Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
