- We are seeking a highly skilled MID Software Engineer, AI-First Development who is
- passionate about building modern, scalable software while leveraging Artificial Intelligence to
- dramatically improve engineering productivity.
- This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who embraces AI-first software development,
- automates repetitive engineering tasks, and takes end-to-end ownership of the services they
- build.
- The ideal candidate is an expert in Java, Python, Azure, Azure Databricks, Microservices, and modern SDLC practices, with proven experience delivering cloud-native enterprise applications. Beyond technical expertise, we are looking for an engineer who actively uses AI to accelerate software delivery, improve code quality, automate engineering workflows, and
- increase developer productivity.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with architects, product owners, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with onsite and offshore engineering teams.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, sprint planning, and technical
- design sessions.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers while promoting engineering excellence and AI
- adoption.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent
- practical experience.
- 7+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong expertise in Java and Python.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Strong experience with Azure Databricks, Apache Spark, and Delta Lake.
- Proven experience designing and developing enterprise-grade microservices and REST
- APIs.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with Git, automated testing frameworks, and Agile software development.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
